Prebuilt…

…prebuilt, really?  Simply amazing.  Pleysier Perkins Architects in Melbourne, Australia, created a killer space…designed and constructed in Melbourne and delivered to Sydney on four trucks, includes four bedrooms, a study, and a double height sitting room.  The kitchen is large and there is a separate dining area.  The concrete landscape elements act as a plinth for the lightweight prefrabricated structure and the long slot windows provide classic Sydney water glimpses…prebuilt with One Up Building; the Sydney Prebuilt

Manly in Pink…

…as you know, October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.  Kat & Muse posted inspiring images from husband, Bob Carey, who began his project in 2003 when his wife was diagnosed with breast cancer.  Called the Tutu Project, Bob shoots images of himself wearing a  pink tutu in different locations.  “Prints of Bob can be purchased individually or as a compilation in his book, Ballerina. All net proceeds go to fund the research of breast cancer.”

“Oddly enough, her cancer has taught us that life is good, dealing with it can be hard, and sometimes the very best thing–no the only thing–we can do to face another day is to laugh at ourselves, and share a laugh with others.” -Bob Carey
