Dutch Wonders-land…
…I always marvel at the creative genius of Marcel Wonders…take a peek at newly renovated Andaz Amsterdam Prinsengracht Hotel by the one and only, Marcel Wonders.
Combining a mixture of different styles, Andaz Amsterdam is filled with furniture and objects that reference the Dutch Golden Age and Delft ceramics, alongside tulips and the colour orange. The hotel contains 122 guest rooms, each featuring custom-made wallpaper. Designed to illustrate the city’s position as “a cultural melting pot”, the designs stitches together pairs of unrelated elements, such as a fish and a spoon.
