Green roofs and black stained Accoya wooden planks make up the new skin around this unique redevelopment. Villa Rotterdam by OOZE Architects refers to “traditional Dutch farms, providing a sense of consistency and coherence and there is no better fit for this project other than Rotterdam’s green neighbourhood.
